One way to stand out is to shine more brightly than your rivals. Our tech made that goal a reality for ASICS at CES.
ASICS debuted their first smart running shoe at CES this year, to much attention. Of course, they came to us to help transform their ASICS Energy Research Lab into an exciting, digitally-integrated experience.
First, we built an online platform ahead of the event, which allowed media to register online and pre-book spots. Onsite, we had a mobile QR registration mechanism, which allowed attendees to partake in a unique, personalised treadmill experience.
To tie in with the energy-saving functionality of the show, we developed a DMX-controlled lighting system which was powered by the user. As they ran, light bars in front of them gradually powered up, eventually leading to an eye-catching starburst element on the wall to mark the finish!
At the end of their Energy Lab experience attendees were sent a branded video via email. The content integrated with the ‘ASICS Running Analyzer’ app, accurately capturing their gait with an on-brand bookend takeaway.
